Our Maintenance Coordinator Services are designed to streamline maintenance communication and coordination—without handling funds or rent-related responsibilities.

What We Do

  • Receive and log tenant maintenance requests

  • Dispatch approved vendors for repairs

  • Follow up with vendors to ensure work is completed timely

  • Confirm completion to the owner’s satisfaction

  • Provide daily maintenance reports covering:

    • After-hours requests

    • Evening requests

    • Weekend calls

  • After-hours and weekend call handling to ensure maintenance issues are received, documented, and promptly coordinated outside of normal business hours

What This Service Does Not Include

  • Rent collection or rent-related communication

  • Receiving or handling payments of any kind

  • Paying vendor bills or invoices

  • Financial or accounting services

This service is strictly focused on maintenance coordination and communication, allowing owners and managers to stay informed without day-to-day follow-up.

What We Do

  • Enter new listings into the MLS with provided photos

  • Input and update listing details accurately

  • Add and manage open house information

  • Close out the MLS listing once the home is sold

  • This is NOT transaction coordination

  • We do not prepare disclosures, contracts, or compliance documents

  • We do not manage escrow, timelines, or transaction communications
