Vendor Communication Management: From initial contact to project completion, we handle all communication with vendors, ensuring they have the necessary information, access to the property, and understand the scope of work required.

Timely Repairs & Follow-Up: We diligently monitor all repair jobs from start to finish, following up with vendors to guarantee timely completion. After repairs, we ensure that tenants are satisfied with the work, and any further issues are swiftly addressed.

Lease Administration Package – $1,999 Monthly

Our Lease Administration Package offers comprehensive support to ensure smooth and efficient lease management for your properties:

 

Lease Drafting: We handle the entire lease drafting process, creating customized, legally compliant leases tailored to the specific terms and conditions of your property and tenants.

Lease Renewals: When it’s time for renewal, we take the lead in preparing and finalizing lease renewal agreements, ensuring all necessary updates and changes are incorporated seamlessly. We also manage communication with tenants to confirm their intent to renew, providing a smooth transition for continued tenancy.

Renter Insurance Verification: We ensure your tenants’ renter insurance policies remain current by regularly verifying and updating their insurance certificates, safeguarding your property and reducing liability risks.

Lease Renewal Inspections: To maintain the condition of your properties, we coordinate and schedule lease renewal inspections, ensuring the property is well-kept and addressing any maintenance issues or concerns before the lease is renewed.

Move-in Tenants: We manage the signing of lease agreements to the coordination of the move-in date. Our team ensures all required documentation is completed, schedule key exchange, and tenants are given clear instructions on property rules, maintenance procedures, and payment details. We will receiving vendor invoices ensuring they are collected in a timely. Invoice Coding: Assigning Proper Account Codes

After each showing, we thoroughly inspect and secure the property, ensuring all doors and windows are locked and the premises are left in proper condition.
